Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable and quiet, providing a pleasant surprise, but they were very basic and a little cool. The service was beyond excellent, the staff was amazing, very welcoming, and accommodating, especially the car jockeys. The location was perfect, right in the middle of Montrose with easy access to restaurants and museums. However, the dining was a tad disappointing with limited options available, and the facilities were very basic.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were lovely and quite large, with a private dining room offering very private meals from their fine restaurant. The service was impeccable, striking the perfect balance between being attentive without being intrusive. The location was great, right in the heart of Montrose, within walking distance to top attractions. The dining experience was delightful, especially the light breakfast at the restaurant. However, some staff members seemed impatient and rude at times, which was a minor downside. Overall, a delightful stay with a few minor hiccups.
The hotel's location is excellent, right in the heart of Montrose, perfect for exploring the neighborhood's attractions on foot. The rooms, although spacious and romantic, lack individual temperature control and feature an uncomfortable couch. Despite this, the overall experience is comfortable and enjoyable. The staff is extremely accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. However, some members of the service team were perceived as rude and impatient by guests.
Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, named after different French Impressionist painters, were large and comfortable, but unfortunately, they smelled like an old person's home. On the bright side, the room décor was delightful, with serene blues and greens straight out of a painting.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely lovely. The rooms were beautiful, spacious, and had an exceptionally romantic ambience. Although not designed for lounging, they were exquisite. The location was great, right in the middle of Montrose and within walking distance to restaurants and museums. The service was amazing, very welcoming and accommodating. The only downside was that the bathrooms could use some updating considering the price.
My stay at the Four Seasons was truly remarkable. The hotel offers an unparalleled level of privacy with its own private dining room, and the meals provided by their restaurant are among the finest in Houston. The room I stayed in was not only spacious but also beautifully reminiscent of a bygone era, creating a unique and charming atmosphere.
